Where do I send my bills?
If you are in our quick pay program you can fax your clean bill to (801) 478-0043 attn: Ana. You will still need to mail the originals, but we can pay off of clean faxed bills. If you are not in our quick pay program, please mail your bills to our office and we will process your payment.
How do I check my payment status?
You may call our office at (800) 877-1320 ext.299. Ana will be glad to answer any settlement issues.
Are there restrictions to receiving quick pay?
Yes. If you factor your bills, you will have to get permission in writing from your factoring company allowing advances. Your paperwork will need to be filled out stating who may receive advances.
What is the cut-off time for gettting an EFS Check settlement?
Faxed bills by 14:00 will be paid same day. Ana is a miracle worker, however, and she does find ways to when able to pay same day even if you send the bills after 14:00 MST
Is there a fee for a quick pay?
Yes, fees are 3% or 30$, whichever is greater
How much can I get for a fuel advance?
Pride Logistics can advance 40% advance on the agreed-to rate after the truck is loaded. As fuel fluctuates we can raise the advance limit to 50% to help you keep you moving!
Can I get a dedicated lane?
This is our goal! We want to work with carrier partners and match freight with your needs. Your individual broker specialist will consult with you and together you figure a plan that works best for you.
